Booking Bonds

We do take a booking bond for all our appointments. This payment will be taken from your final cost.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us, they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
This must be done by phone call on 0113 2718830 (please leave a voicemail if we are closed) or by calling in person to the salon.

As you can appreciate we do not get chance to check messages on Facebook/Email when we are busy doing treatments, so we may not get to see your message until its too late.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Your appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance by text or email because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation Fees

- Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the booked service amount.
- ‘No Shows’ (not turning up to an appointment will be charged 100% of the booked service amount.

- 'Lates, if you are late to your appointment your service may be altered to accommodate the time left in your appointment. If we cannot do this you will be asked to rearrange your appointment.
In BOTH cases your will be charge for the appointment you had booked.
Amendments to your booking
If you would like to alter any part of your booking please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your treatments. For example if you have booked for a full colour service and a cut and blow dry but would like to change to just a cut and blow dry bless let us know 48 hours prior so we can amend the service and offer the space to someone else. Alterations made on the day will be charged at your full booking cost.

If you would like to add treatments to your booking p for example you have booked gel polish but would like nail extensions please let us know in plenty of time so we can accommodate this for you. We do get booked up quickly and wouldn't like you to be disappointed if you wait until the day

Refunds Policy
​
As we are a service industry we do not offer a refund however on the rare occasion you are not 100% satisfied with your nail, hair or beauty service we will happily rectify this for free. If notified within 48 hours. You must provide pictures, make contact, and not attempt to alter of fix the problem yourself, within these this time.

Children in the salon
​
Our salon is very cosy and we love to see you, unfortunatley we do not have the space to accomadate people who are not having treatments.
We cannot have unsupervised children in the salon whilst you are having treatments due to our insurance policy and health and safety.
Please make alternative arrangements for your children whilst you have your treatment and enjoy your pamper time.
